Shipping policy

We only deliver orders to addresses located in metropolitan France. At this time, we do not ship to French overseas territories or any international destinations outside metropolitan France.

Order processing time

Once you complete checkout, we require 1–2 working days to prepare, inspect and pack your order. Orders placed on weekends or French public holidays will begin processing on the next available working day (Monday to Friday, CET).

Delivery timeframe

After your parcel leaves our warehouse, standard delivery within metropolitan France typically takes 3–5 working days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier disruptions outside of our control.

Shipping fees

All orders shipped to metropolitan France qualify for free delivery. No additional shipping surcharges apply.

Order tracking

Once your package is dispatched, we will send a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier link. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive this notification.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel shows a delivered status but you have not received it, or the outer packaging arrives visibly damaged, please contact our support team at info@letaveneur.my and provide your order number. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.
