You may pay securely on letaveneur.my using Visa, MasterCard or PayPal. We do not accept cheques, cash on delivery or any payment methods not listed on our checkout page.
Payment authorisation
When submitting your order, your selected payment method will be authorised for the full order value at checkout. Funds are captured once your order enters our processing workflow. All checkout pages use SSL encryption to protect transaction data.
Payment security
We work with certified third-party payment processors to handle card and PayPal transactions. Letaveneur does not permanently store your full credit card details on our website servers. Your sensitive payment credentials are managed by our approved payment partners.
Failed transactions
Payments may be declined for several reasons, including card limits, expired card details, anti-fraud checks or temporary outages on the payment provider’s side. If your payment fails, verify your card information or try another supported payment method. Contact customer support if issues persist.
Refund processing
All refunds issued under our returns policy will be sent back to your original payment method. After we submit the refund request, it may take up to 8 working days for the funds to appear in your account. This processing period is controlled by your bank or PayPal and is outside our direct control.
